Program & Project Manager

Prior Program/Project Management experience required.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with functional and departmental leaders to identify, scope, define, plan, and execute on key initiatives, projects, and integration activities both organization-wide and departmental specific
Work with functional and departmental leaders to prepare scopes of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost and budget estimates, work plan schedules and milestones, quality metrics, risk identification, and communication needs
Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk, communication, etc.) for individual projects
Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines; report on statuses and manage action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules
Identify and manage interdependencies between projects to proactively address bottlenecks, resource constraints, and issues through proactive implementation of appropriate countermeasures
Implements communication plan for initiatives and projects, including effectively facilitating project meetings, maintaining meeting minutes and reports, and providing appropriate updates to key stakeholders and leadership
Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals
Implement project documentation is managed in alignment with company standard and norms; ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated
Assist finance and accounting resources with modeling and understanding financial impacts from projects and initiatives into organization-wide budgets and forecasts
Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure approvals, and issue change orders, as appropriate
Demonstrates an ability to identify complex project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
Builds strong teams to meet performance goals
Possess strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques
Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integrations of organizations
Requirements:
Project management: 5-7 years (Preferred)
PMI Certification a plus
Experience with project management tools
