Strategy Consultant

Multiple Positions Available

Delivering on a wide range of strategic activities, including ad hoc support of turnarounds and divestitures, strategic projects, and strategy execution.

Responsibilities:

• Highly motivated candidates with strong critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment

• Providing consulting services to Client’s lines of business to reduce utilization of external consulting support

• Supporting cross-functional projects, working with the management team and business presidents to execute complex, high-priority strategic initiatives

• Converting strategy into business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution

• Managing internal and external relationships with key business partners

• Developing and refining key team operating systems

Requirements:

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Master's degree in business preferred

• The ability to travel on a limited basis

• Two years of experience in management consulting

• Proven experience setting priorities and defining the future direction of a company or business unit (i.e. competitive analysis, strategy road map, strategic investment prioritization)

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with proven ability to apply foundational strategy principles to a variety of business problems

• Proven experience working directly with and presenting to Executive level management; ability to influence/drive change with Executive leadership

• Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally
